B2B Sales Representative – Paid Training & Clear Promotion Path

Who We're Looking For

District Publishing is a 20+ year B2B marketing company based in Shelby Township. We're looking for one person who is ready to commit to a real sales career — not just their next job.

Every Account Manager at our company started in this role. If you're coachable, resilient, and want a defined path upward, we'll teach you everything you need to know.

What You'll Do

  • Make outbound B2B calls to business owners and executives across the U.S. and Canada
  • Set qualified appointments for Senior Account Managers using proven scripts and our CRM
  • Work in a call center environment using our CRM's click to dial system with a target of 125+ outbound calls per day once fully trained.
  • Track your own performance metrics and participate in daily team huddles
  • Compete in monthly contests and weekly incentives

Most reps take about 3 months to consistently hit appointment goals. Deal generation typically begins around month 6. We're investing in your growth — we expect you to invest in it too.

Performance Bonuses

  • $20 per qualified appointment set
  • $100 per B-level deal closed
  • $200 per A-level deal closed
  • $25 gift card for 5 qualified sets in one week
  • Monthly contest: 1st $200 | 2nd $100 | 3rd $50 (10+ qualified sets required)

Communication Standards

You'll speak daily with business owners, executives, and senior decision-makers. We'll train you on how to do this professionally — but you must arrive with strong verbal communication skills, proper grammar, and a polished phone presence.

You will often be the first impression of our company.
