B2B Sales Representative – US Staffing (Healthcare & Industrial)

This is a full-cycle closing position — not a call center job or appointment-setting role. You will own deals from the first cold call all the way to a signed contract, selling US staffing solutions to healthcare providers and industrial companies across America. What you'll do

• Run high-volume outbound cold calls to US-based decision-makers every day
• Pitch staffing solutions to healthcare providers and industrial businesses
• Own the full sales cycle — qualify, nurture, negotiate, and close deals yourself (no handoffs)
• Build and manage your own pipeline using CRM tools
• Handle objections confidently and turn resistance into revenue
• Hit and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets

What we're looking for

• Proven B2B cold calling experience with a track record of closing — not just setting appointments
• Prior experience in an SDR, BDR, or quota-carrying sales role with real revenue responsibility
• Excellent spoken English with a neutral or American accent — clear, confident, and professional
• Availability and commitment to work night shifts aligned with US Central Time (CST)
• Strong objection handling, sharp negotiation skills, and a relentless hunter mindset
• Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and numbers-driven

Preferred background

• Experience selling in US staffing, healthcare, or industrial campaigns
• Familiarity with American business culture and how US buyers think and decide
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota
