B2B Sales Team Leader
Job Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Team Leader to lead and coach our sales team, drive business growth, and ensure the achievement of revenue targets. This role requires strong leadership, proven sales expertise, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of B2B Sales Executives.
- Set and monitor team sales targets, ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly goals.
- Identify and approach potential clients across different industries.
- Support the team in client meetings, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to enhance sales performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitors’ activities to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of proven experience in B2B sales, including at least 2 years in a supervisory/team leader role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in technology/IT solutions/telecom/retail is a plus.
- Target-oriented with the ability to perform under pressure.
