We’re hiring a proven B2B skincare salesperson to grow wholesale accounts for our store. The ideal candidate already maintains active relationships with buyers across pharmacies, beauty chains, cosmetics wholesalers, supermarkets/co-ops, and leading e-commerce retailers in the UAE/GCC—and can convert those relationships into revenue quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the sales cycle: prospect, pitch, sample, negotiate, close, and grow repeat orders for skincare lines.
- Activate your network: open priority accounts in the first 30–60 days (pharmacies, chains, key wholesalers, and top e-com).
- Account management: build joint business plans, manage listings, planograms, promos, and in-store activations.
- Training & advocacy: conduct product knowledge sessions for store teams and counter staff.
- Forecasting & reporting: maintain pipeline, weekly call sheets, and monthly forecast; track sell-in vs sell-through.
- Collections & compliance: follow up on payments, credit limits, and documentation.
- Cross-functional coordination: work with merchandising, logistics, and marketing for launches and promo calendars.
- WhatsApp/CRM hygiene: keep conversations, samples, quotes, and orders logged with clear next steps.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 4+ years B2B sales in skincare/beauty within UAE/GCC.
- Proven book of business: current contacts with decision-makers (Category Managers/Buyers/Owners) at named accounts.
- Demonstrable track record of opening new doors and hitting/exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation and category management skills (pricing, margin, rebates, promotions).
- Driving license and willingness to travel within UAE and occasionally GCC.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, Excel/Google Sheets, and a CRM (HubSpot/Zoho/etc.). (SAP B1 experience is a plus.)
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with K-Beauty and/or Turkish skincare brands, clinic/spa channels, and modern trade.
- Existing relationships with pharmacy groups (e.g., Life/Medicin/Boots/…) and large beauty retailers.
- Merchandising/planogram execution and promoter team coordination.
