Job Title: B2B Social Content Creator (LinkedIn Focus)

About The Role

Polar is seeking a B2B Social Content Creator to own the full lifecycle of LinkedIn content. This role involves generating content ideas from various sources, publishing high-performing posts, and managing LinkedIn Ads to drive pipeline. The creator will produce 8-10+ posts weekly, manage content backlogs, create visuals, edit videos, and analyze ad performance, working closely with the CEO and GTM team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Production: Generate ideas, write and refine posts, create visuals in Figma, manage content backlogs across multiple accounts, and experiment with various content formats.
  • Video Editing: Transform customer call recordings into social-ready clips with subtitles, create screen recordings, and build YouTube thumbnails.
  • LinkedIn Ads & Performance: Manage and promote LinkedIn Ads, report on pipeline generation, and review ad-driven signup and app install data.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B content creation on LinkedIn.
  • Understanding of DTC/ecommerce language and ability to communicate with founders and operators.
  • Proficiency with content creation tools like Figma, Veed.io, iMovie, Screen Studio, and YouTube Studio.
  • Experience with AI tools for increased efficiency.
  • Metrics-driven with a focus on pipeline impact.
  • Ability to move quickly and work autonomously.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads campaign management.
  • Background in DTC/ecommerce.
  • Experience building or managing a content engine at a B2B SaaS startup.
