B2B Social Content Manager

Overview: Manage end-to-end social content production for a leading enterprise technology company's commercial marketing program

Location: Hybrid in Austin, Texas

Compensation: Based on experience.

Liaison has an opportunity for a full-time embedded role at the intersection of content strategy, production, and execution for one of the most AI-forward leaders in the semiconductor industry. You'll own the full content lifecycle from concept to publication, bringing structure and momentum to complex, cross-functional programs that span product launches, leadership visibility, and always-on social. If you're the kind of person who gets energized by making big, complicated machines run smoothly and loves seeing social media content deliver on time and perform, this one's for you. This role is a hybrid role with 2-3 days a week in the office located in South Central Austin.

  • Lead end-to-end production of commercial social content from brief through publication
  • Develop content outlines and coordinate asset creation with internal and agency teams
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholder reviews including product marketing, communications, and leadership
  • Route content through legal and compliance review processes and track revisions and approvals
  • Coordinate with the centralized social team on publishing timelines and platform requirements
  • Support content uploads and asset management within enterprise digital asset systems
  • Identify business moments and coordinate leadership visibility and advocacy opportunities
  • Manage social content timelines aligned to product launches and campaign milestones
  • Develop structured toolkits and content packages for campaign amplification
  • Track content performance and recommend workflow and format optimizations

How to be a top candidate for this job:

  • You have 5–7+ years of experience in B2B content production, editorial management, or integrated marketing program support
  • You have hands-on experience managing content workflows inside large, matrixed enterprise organizations
  • You've navigated legal and stakeholder review processes and know how to keep projects moving without cutting corners
  • You're comfortable working across marketing, communications, and agency teams simultaneously
  • You bring a data-informed mindset and use performance metrics to drive content decisions
  • You have a background in technology, AI, enterprise, or hardware industries
  • You're a strong written communicator with sharp attention to detail and a commitment to brand standards

Skills:

  • Digital asset management systems (e.g., DAM, ADL, or similar platforms)
  • Social media publishing and scheduling tools
  • Content management systems (CMS)
  • Project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Workfront, or similar)
