Role Overview
We are seeking a high-performance Sales Growth Manager to take complete ownership of sales and revenue growth. This role requires a quota-carrying sales professional who can generate leads, deliver product demos, close deals, and consistently achieve monthly sales targets in employer branding and B2B SaaS.
This is a client-facing role with strong exposure to HR leaders, CHROs, and Talent Acquisition Heads.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Sales Ownership
- Own the entire sales cycle: Prospect → Outreach → Pitch → Product Demo → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain responsibility for Revenue & P&L from assigned accounts.
Employer Branding & Sponsorship Sales
- Sell employer branding campaigns via hackathons, case study competitions, business simulations, and campus engagement events.
- Pitch and close brand sponsorships and partnerships with corporates.
- Design customized employer branding solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
B2B SaaS Sales
- Cold calling Pitch and sell UptoSkills Job Portal, AI Assessments, AI Interviews, and Hackathon platform.
- Conduct engaging product demos (virtual & physical) to HR and corporate leaders, highlighting ROI and business value.
- Position UptoSkills as a trusted partner in recruitment and employer branding.
Lead Generation & Pipeline Building
- Build a strong, qualified pipeline using tools: Apollo.io, ContactOut, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Snov.io, Maildoso, cold calling, and drip campaigns.
- Achieve weekly/monthly KPIs for leads generated, demos given, and deals closed.
- Maintain CRM hygiene with accurate reporting.
Client Engagement & Retention
- Build long-term relationships with HR leaders, TA Heads, CHROs, and CXOs.
- Drive renewals, upsells, and repeat business.
- Collect client feedback to improve offerings and identify new service opportunities.
Requirements
- 3–8 years of proven B2B sales experience (HR-Tech, SaaS, Job Portals, Employer Branding, or Sponsorship Sales).
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Must be comfortable with client-facing product demos and presentations.
- Proficiency in using modern sales tools (Apollo.io, Snov.io, ContactOut, Maildoso, LinkedIn).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven, fast-paced startup environment.
KPIs / Success Metrics
- corporate onboardings per month
- Monthly recurring revenue
- Weekly demos/pitches delivered.
- Conversion rate from lead → demo → closure.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
