We are currently seeking talented and results-oriented B2B Specialists to join our Business Development Department. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of health tourism while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Management:

• Build, maintain, and support relationships with existing partner companies.
• Ensure seamless collaboration to achieve shared goals.

New Business Development:

• Identify and onboard potential partner companies in target markets.
• Strategically expand Dentspa’s B2B network and explore alternative sales channels.

Performance Maximization:

• Implement strategies to ensure partner companies achieve maximum patient referrals.
• Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth.

Communication Facilitation:

• Act as the primary liaison for external partners and internal stakeholders across all departments.
• Ensure clear, consistent, and professional communication at all levels.

Market Representation:

• Represent Dentspa Clinic at industry-leading trade fairs, conferences, and congresses to strengthen relationships and secure new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (both written and verbal). Additional fluency in German, French, Arabic, Spanish, or Russian is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B partnerships, preferably within health tourism or a related field.
• Residing in Istanbul and able to commute to our office in Mecidiyeköy.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in attending and contributing to industry events.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and a strong team player.
