Your Role as a B2B Sponsorship Specialist
In this role, you will play a vital part in driving sponsorship revenue for our conferences while building meaningful relationships with clients. Your key responsibilities include:
- Gaining in-depth knowledge of conference topics and industry trends.
- Researching and identifying potential clients through search engines, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Generate and qualify leads through research and outreach
- Conduct 100+ phone calls and email communication with prospective clients
- Pitch sponsorship opportunities and convert leads into sales
- Work closely with the manager to close sponsorship deals
- Draft and finalize sponsorship agreements and contracts
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Meeting and exceeding sales goals and KPIs.
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure future business opportunities.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: At least 3+ years in B2B telesales; experience in the event management industry is a plus.
- Sales Skills: Solid understanding of sales processes and dynamics.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Work Ethic: A proactive approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, multitasking environment, with strong organizational skills.
- Punctuality & Reliability: Consistently punctual, dependable, and committed to maintaining a professional work schedule.
