With operations expanding across the GCC and international markets, we are looking for a B2B Stock & Fulfillment Coordinator to manage partner inventory, replenishments, and flawless execution for exhibitions and events.

THE ROLE

You will be the key link between warehouse, digital, and retail partners, ensuring that stock moves smoothly and is always accurately tracked. From B2B replenishments to event allocations, your role ensures efficiency, precision, and speed at every step.

YOUR CHALLENGE

Inventory Monitoring for B2B Partners

Collect inventory reports from partner stores.

Check stock levels and identify shortages.

Stock Replenishment & Fulfillment

Coordinate with the warehouse team to prepare and ship stock to B2B partners.

Ensure timely delivery of replenishments.

Exhibition & Event Support

Allocate and separate stock required for exhibitions and events.

Arrange logistics and shipping for timely delivery to event locations.

Shopify Updates

Record and update B2B and exhibition stock movements in Shopify.

Work with the digital team to ensure accurate online stock availability.

Reporting & Internal Coordination

Collaborate closely with the Stock Manager, who oversees warehouse and internal branch inventory.

YOU WILL ROCK AT THIS ROLE IF YOU...

Have 2–4 years of experience in logistics, inventory coordination, or fulfillment (fashion or luxury sector is a plus).

Are fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

Are detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Are confident using Shopify, Excel, and inventory systems.

Enjoy working cross-functionally with warehouse, logistics, and digital teams.
