We are hiring a B2B Ticketing & Booking Executive to manage attraction ticket bookings through our B2B portal. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the UAE B2B travel market, excellent typing speed, and hands-on experience handling attraction park tickets in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
This role requires accuracy, speed, and the ability to coordinate efficiently with B2B partners and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle B2B attraction ticket bookings through the company portal
- Process bookings quickly and accurately under tight timelines
- Coordinate with B2B agents, sub-agents, and partners
- Manage ticket issuance, amendments, cancellations, and rebookings
- Maintain real-time availability, rates, and booking status
- Ensure correct ticket details, dates, and guest information
- Respond promptly to B2B queries via email, WhatsApp, and portal
- Work closely with operations and accounts teams
- Maintain proper booking records and reports
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and service standards
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in ticketing / reservations / B2B travel operations
- Strong knowledge of UAE attraction tickets (theme parks, parks, experiences, events)
- Familiar with B2B portals, rate sheets, and inventory management
- Fast typing speed with high accuracy (mandatory)
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and reservation systems
Preferred Skills:
- Experience handling bulk bookings and peak-season volumes
- Understanding of B2B pricing, markups, and agent support
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach
