Position: B2C Field Sales Executive
Location: Samastipur, Bihar
Experience: 2–5 years
Education: Any Associate Degree (Bachelor’s preferred)
Salary: 10,000 – 15,000 per month
Gender: Open to both male and female candidates

Role Overview:

We are hiring a motivated B2C Field Sales Executive to drive product and service awareness among individual customers through direct visits and outdoor activities. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and target-driven, with prior field sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit residential areas, markets, and potential customer locations to promote and sell products or services
• Conduct door-to-door campaigns, product demos, and informational meetups
• Identify customer needs and suggest relevant offerings
• Maintain records of leads, interactions, and conversions
• Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients
• Track daily achievements and submit regular sales reports
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve customer experience

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Associate Degree or higher (preferred specialization in sales or marketing)
• Minimum of 2 years of field sales or direct selling experience
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage time, territory, and customer relationships
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
