B2C Operations Executive – Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end B2C operational processes, from order/service initiation to completion
- Process and track customer orders, service requests, and transactions
- Coordinate with sales, customer support, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment
- Monitor order status, delivery timelines, and service quality for individual customers
- Handle customer operational queries, complaints, and escalations
- Ensure accurate data entry, order updates, and documentation in CRM / OMS / ERP systems
- Monitor returns, cancellations, refunds, and replacements
- Track and reduce operational errors and delays
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, SLAs, and compliance standards
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly MIS and performance reports
- Analyze customer feedback to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
- Support onboarding of new customers or service activations
- Identify process gaps and recommend continuous improvement initiatives
Key Skills & Tools
- Strong customer-handling and communication skills
- Experience with CRM, OMS, ERP systems
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Understanding of B2C customer lifecycle and service operations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
