Collab BPO is seeking motivated and goal-driven B2C Sales Executives to join our high-performing night shift team. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident communicators, self-motivated, and eager to maximize their earning potential.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage customers through outbound calls.
• Pitch and promote services with confidence.
• Close sales and build strong customer relationships.
• Hit targets and enjoy uncapped commissions.

What You Need:

• Excellent English communication skills.
• A winning attitude and strong persuasion skills.
• Ability to work 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM.
• Self-motivation and the drive to earn more.
• Experience is a plus, but fresh talent is welcome!
