  • Coordination with the Sales Managers to ensure that all the administrative and support functions of the sales department are operating effectively.


  • 4th year or new graduate student in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering etc.
  • Able to work 4-5 days in a week.
  • Good command of English both written and spoken.
  • Good command of MS Office applications.
  • Have a basic understanding of Power BI.
  • Self-motivated with good communication skills.

  • Problem solver, analytical ability, willing to work a dynamic environment.

  • Team player with the ability to work to deadlines.


  • Consolidate the weekly sales forecast for Business to Customer Business Unit with close coordination with the Distribution Managers & Product Managers.

  • Consolidate and prepare reports for the Business to Customer Business Unit management meetings as per the defined operating systems.

  • Provide a summary to Sales Manager on a weekly basis with Performa Invoice update by partner against the month sales forecast.

  • Ensure that the product credit notes for the month are finalized and provide a monthly Credit Note report to the sales managers.

  • Provide sales managers with summary report monthly.

  • Maintain customer data master with relevant information with regards to distributors / partners and make necessary amendments.
