Job Title: BA Wealth Management (CREQ249231)

Product Ownership & Strategy

• Own end to end product delivery and roadmap, from concept to exchange listing/launch, for digital products including blockchain solutions (e.g., Layerk Blockchain, DAO, Token Launchpads).
• Define and prioritize product requirements, including user journeys, investment flows, and smart contract coordination.
• Collaborate with C level executives, clients, and investor groups to present product vision, technical architecture, and go to market strategies.

Business Analysis & Project Management

• Conduct detailed requirement elicitation, definition, and documentation (User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, BRD, FRD, SRS).
• Lead project management activities for product delivery, including scope definition, timeline management, risk management, and vendor coordination (e.g., Sumsub KYC integration).
• Perform Gap Analysis, Process Modelling (BPMN), User Story Mapping, and maintain Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) and RACI Matrix.
• Lead and coordinate UAT, defining comprehensive Test Cases to ensure successful end to end implementation.

Domain & Regulatory Compliance

• Act as the key liaison between business, product, engineering, and compliance teams to ensure strict adherence to regulatory frameworks (e.g., SEBI, NSE, KYC, Brexit readiness).
• Design and optimize user onboarding and KYC flows, balancing regulatory requirements with a frictionless user experience.
• Drive initiatives related to Capital Market instruments (e.g., Commercial Papers, Non Convertible Debentures) and digital trading products (e.g., Margin Trading Funding, Shares as Margin).

Required Skills and Experience

• 5-7 years of progressive experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, and/or Project Management within the Financial Services industry.
• Strong hands on experience in Capital Markets and Investment Banking with exposure to or direct experience in Blockchain/DLT technologies.
• Proficient in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Expert knowledge of JIRA and Confluence for project and documentation management.
• Experience with Process Mapping, Prototyping/Wireframing (Figma), data analysis (SQL, Power BI), and exposure to Generative AI for product development.
• Proven ability to author and review technical documentation, whitepapers, PRDs, and product briefs.
