Job Overview:
NexAura Home Health Service LLC is seeking a compassionate and experienced Baby Caregiver / Nanny to provide exceptional care for infants and toddlers in a home setting. The ideal candidate will ensure the child’s safety, comfort, and developmental growth while maintaining a nurturing and hygienic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive daily care including feeding, bathing, dressing, and diaper changing
• Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for the child at all times
• Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities to support early development
• Maintain cleanliness of all baby-related items such as bottles, toys, clothing, and play areas
• Follow established care routines and guidelines set by the family and company
• Monitor the child’s health and behavior, promptly reporting any concerns
• Support sleep routines and overall well-being of the child

Requirements:

• Certification in Baby Care, Nursing, Midwifery, or a related field
• Proven experience in childcare, nannying, or home healthcare (preferred)
• Strong understanding of infant and toddler care, hygiene, and safety practices
• Patient, reliable, and nurturing personality
• Must be fluent in Tagalog with basic English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to family needs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a home healthcare or private family setting
• Basic first aid
