Multi Trade Group is urgently seeking skilled Baby Diaper Machine Operators to join our production team. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience operating, maintaining and troubleshooting baby diaper manufacturing machinery with a strong commitment to quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation & Production

• Operate baby diaper manufacturing machines efficiently to meet daily production targets.
• Set up, adjust and calibrate machines according to product specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth and continuous operation.
• Ensure proper feeding of raw materials (non-woven fabric, SAP, pulp, elastic, tapes, etc.) into the machine.

Quality Control

• Conduct visual inspections and quality checks on finished products.
• Identify defects such as poor bonding, cutting issues, leakage points and misalignment.
• Ensure that diapers meet company quality standards and customer requirements.
• Maintain records of quality reports and production output.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning and lubrication of machinery.
• Identify mechanical or technical issues and carry out minor repairs.
• Immediately report major breakdowns to the maintenance department.
• Ensure machine components are in proper working condition and safely installed.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements in the production area.
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and workplace safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized and hazard-free work environment.

Teamwork & Reporting

• Coordinate with supervisors, technicians and other production staff to achieve operational goals.
• Record production data, downtime and material usage.
• Communicate any process irregularities or material shortages to the shift supervisor.

Requirements (Preferred)

• Previous experience as a Baby Diaper Machine Operator or related hygiene product machinery operator.
• Technical knowledge of diaper machine components (cutting, sealing, SAP filling, elastic application, wrapping units).
• Ability to work in shifts and handle fast-paced production environments.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
