Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Babyroom Room Lead Teacher to inspire and nurture our youngest learners in a vibrant early childhood education environment. Duties
- Lead daily classroom activities, ensuring a stimulating environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and learning through play.
- Manage classroom routines and behavior management strategies to promote a positive, inclusive atmosphere conducive to growth and learning.
- Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, developmental milestones, and any special education or early intervention needs.
- Support children’s social-emotional welfare by implementing behavior management techniques rooted in understanding childhood development principles.
- Engage in ongoing professional development related to childhood education best practices, including preschool experience, special education strategies, and classroom management techniques.
Experience
- Proven experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting, preferably with toddlers or infants.
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development tailored for early childhood learners.
- Experience managing classroom environments.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging effectively with children, families, colleagues, and community partners. Pay: $9.00 - $10.00 per hour
