Job Description

TLC Family Care is hiring dependable and nurturing Babysitters to support families in their homes in Marietta, GA and surrounding areas.

For over 40 years, TLC Family Care has connected reliable caregivers with families who need quality support. Our team manages scheduling and family matching so you can focus on providing excellent care.

Experience with senior or adult care is a plus, but not required.

Schedule Requirements

Applicants must be available:

• At least 3 weekdays (Monday–Friday)
• Between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
• For 8–10 hour shifts (example: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM or 8:00 AM–6:00 PM)
• Minimum commitment of 3 months

Pay & Benefits

• $17/hour for 1–2 children
• $18/hour for 3 children
• $19/hour for 4 children

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care for children of various ages in family homes
• Plan and lead age-appropriate activities
• Assist with meals, snacks, naps, and daily routines
• Communicate daily updates with parents/guardians
• Occasionally provide companionship support to seniors (if applicable)

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of childcare experience (nanny, babysitting, daycare, or similar)
• Two professional childcare references
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
