Babysitter

About the Role

As a young babysitter, your/my main responsibility is to help keep children safe, happy, and entertained while their parents or guardians are away. You provide basic supervision, follow simple routines, and create a positive environment for the kids in your care.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise children at all times to ensure their safety
• Play games, read books, or do simple activities to keep kids engaged
• Prepare easy snacks if allowed by the parents
• Follow household rules given by the family
• Help with simple tasks like tidying up toys
• Communicate with parents about how the time went

Safety Awareness

While you/I will handle emergencies alone, you/I should that I know how to:

• How to contact a parent or trusted adult
• Basic safety rules (no running near sharp corners, no dangerous objects, etc.)
• Good listener
• Able to follow instructions
• Enjoys spending time with kids
• Knows basic safety rules

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.38 - $13.90 per hour
