Schedule Requirements

We are seeking caregivers who are available for:

• At least 3 weekdays (Monday–Friday)
• Between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 8–10 hour shifts (examples: 7 AM–5 PM or 8 AM–6 PM)
• Minimum commitment of 3 months

About the Role

TLC Family Care is hiring dependable and nurturing babysitters and childcare providers to support families in their homes throughout Nashville.

This role is primarily focused on childcare. Experience with adult or senior caregiving is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care for children of various ages in family homes
• Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Assist with meals, snacks, naps, and daily routines
• Communicate daily updates with parents and guardians
• Occasionally provide companionship or light support for seniors (if assigned)

Requirements

• At least 1 year of childcare experience (nannying, babysitting, or daycare)
• Adult/senior caregiving experience is a plus
• Two professional childcare references
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Availability for at least 3 months
• Availability for 3+ weekdays between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
