Babysitter/Housekeeper

Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable, caring, and hardworking individual to join our household as a Babysitter. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a clean, comfortable home environment while also caring for two young children with energy, patience, and genuine warmth.

About the Role

This position involves a balance of household support and childcare, helping our family maintain an organized and happy home.

Housekeeping Duties:

• Help get children ready for school each day
• Babysit for part of the shift and light house keeping the remaining shift
• Light housekeeping duties
• Keep home and play areas tidy and organized
• Wash and put away dishes

Childcare Duties:

• Care for two sweet and active little girls, ages 3 and 1
• Engage them in age-appropriate play, learning, and creative activities
• Supervise meals, naps, and routines with attention and care
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and positive environment

Flexibility:
You’ll shift between household and childcare responsibilities as needed throughout the day

Schedule Requirements

• 30-40 hrs/week
• Weekly schedule may vary based on family activities and needs

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Dependable, trustworthy, and motivated
• Loving and attentive with children, with genuine enthusiasm for family care
• Experienced in both childcare and housekeeping
• CPR certified (or willing to become certified)
• Organized and proactive, with a good sense of initiative
• Comfortable working in a dynamic household setting

References required.
