Responsibilities

• Provide attentive supervision and care for children, ensuring their safety at all times
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to each child's dietary needs and preferences
• Assist with age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and physical development
• Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light cleaning and tidying up after children
• Support children with daily routines such as diapering, dressing, homework, and bedtime
• Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to any emergencies or health concerns
• Engage in meaningful play, educational activities, and developmental exercises suited for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, or school-aged children
• Collaborate with parents to understand specific care instructions, schedules, and special needs such as working with individuals with disabilities

Skills

• Proven experience working with children across different age groups including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age kids
• Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities
• First aid certification and ability to handle emergency situations confidently
• Ability to prepare healthy meals and snacks aligned with dietary guidelines
• Experience with caregiving for children with special needs or disabilities is a plus
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents and guardians
• Ability to perform light cleaning tasks related to childcare duties such as toy organization and maintaining a tidy play area

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $20.00 - $29.29 per hour
