We are The Babysitting Company, and we’re looking for exceptional childcare providers in your area to join our team!

**About Us:**

We work with families at luxury hotels, private residences, sports teams, special events, and during domestic and international travel. Our sitters choose their schedules—work when and where you want!

Opportunities include full-time, part-time, evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel!

**Qualifications:**

18+ years old - High school diploma or equivalent - Fluent in English - Eligible to work in the U.S. - Minimum 1 year of babysitting experience - CPR Certified (or willing to certify) - Willing to undergo a background check and drug screening

**Perks:**

Pay: $25–$40/hour - Flexible scheduling - Referral bonuses - Supplemental pay options: tips, bonuses, and commission
