Responsibilities

• Provide attentive supervision and care for children, ensuring their safety at all times
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to each child's dietary needs and preferences
• Assist with daily routines such as dressing, bathing, diapering, and nap times for infants and toddlers
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills
• Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light housekeeping tasks related to childcare, including toy cleaning and laundry
• Support children with special needs or disabilities by implementing individualized care plans when necessary
• Communicate regularly with parents about children's progress, behaviors, and any concerns that arise

Skills

• Proven experience in childcare, babysitting, or nannying with a strong understanding of child development stages
• Knowledge of first aid procedures and CPR certification to ensure safety in emergencies
• Ability to prepare healthy meals and snacks suitable for children of different ages
• Experience working with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, or children with special needs or disabilities
• Skilled in cleaning up after children and maintaining a tidy play area
• Demonstrated patience, compassion, and excellent communication skills when working with children and families
• Familiarity with early childhood education principles and teaching techniques to encourage learning through play
