Babysitter/Nanny/twins

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Babysitter/Nanny to provide attentive childcare and support for families. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine love for working with children, demonstrating patience, reliability, and a proactive approach to caregiving. This role offers an opportunity to create a safe, nurturing environment while assisting with daily routines, educational activities, and basic household tasks related to child care.

Duties

• Provide attentive supervision and care for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to each child's dietary needs and preferences.
• Assist with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, nap times, and diaper changes for younger children.
• Engage children in age-appropriate educational activities, playtime, and developmental exercises to promote growth and learning.
• Ensure a safe environment by adhering to safety protocols and monitoring children during indoor and outdoor activities.
• Perform light cleaning related to childcare duties, including tidying up toys and maintaining a hygienic play area.
• Support families by assisting with transportation to appointments or activities when needed.
• Demonstrate proficiency in first aid and CPR to respond effectively in emergencies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in childcare, babysitting, or nannying roles, especially with infants and preschool-aged children.
• Knowledge of child development principles and age-specific caregiving techniques.
• Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable.
• Ability to handle caregiving responsibilities with patience, energy, and enthusiasm.
• Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents and family members.
• Flexibility to adapt to different family schedules and needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.93 - $28.82 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
