Babysitting/Nanny (ABA Experience)

Job Summary
TeddieGram’s World LLC is seeking reliable and compassionate babysitters/nannies to provide in-home childcare services for families. Many of our clients include children with behavioral or developmental needs, so candidates must be comfortable applying basic Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques in a home setting.

This is not a clinical therapist role — it is a childcare position for caregivers who can confidently manage behaviors, provide structure, and create a positive, nurturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home childcare for families in a safe and engaging environment
• Supervise and care for children of various ages and needs
• Support children with behavioral challenges focusing on life skills
• Assist with daily routines (meals, playtime, bedtime, etc.)
• Maintain a structured and calm environment
• Communicate effectively with parents about the child’s day and any concerns
• Ensure safety at all times

Requirements

• Experience working with children (babysitting, nannying, daycare, etc.)
• Experience with children with autism, ADHD, or behavioral needs OR familiarity with ABA techniques
• Ability to manage behaviors calmly and professionally
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills
• Must pass a background check

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
