Back Hoe Loader

ABIS is looking for an experienced Back Hoe Loader operator to join our Transport and earthmoving team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating the backhoe loader to excavate, move, and load materials at various sites. This role requires skilled operation of the machine to perform digging, trenching, lifting, and loading tasks safely and efficiently. The Back Hoe Loader operator will work closely with site managers and ground crews to complete assignments according to project specifications and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate backhoe loader machinery safely and efficiently for excavation, loading, and material handling tasks.
• Perform routine maintenance and equipment inspections to ensure optimal functioning.
• Follow safety protocols and comply with site safety regulations at all times.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and team members to complete tasks as scheduled.
• Maintain cleanliness and security of the equipment.
• Report any mechanical issues or damages promptly for repair.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating backhoe loader or similar earthmoving equipment.
• Valid SAUDI ARABIA operator’s license or certification specific to heavy machinery operation.
• Good knowledge of machine maintenance and safety procedures.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and challenging environments.
• Strong attention to safety and operational detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
