You'll start early (4am&ndash;5am) and work in a fast-paced, hot kitchen environment. This is a hands-on, physical job &mdash; if you love to move, hustle, and take pride in consistent, high-quality work, you&rsquo;ll fit right in.<br>

<li>Boil, top, and bake bagels to spec (training provided!)</li>
<li>Operate a rotating oven and mixing equipment</li>
<li>Mix, weigh, and cut dough precisely</li>
<li>Prep ingredients (like cream cheese and veggies)</li>
<li>Bake cookies and other side items</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace</li>
<li>Help with inventory, opening, and closing tasks</li>
<li>Occasionally jump in to help front of house during busy moments</li></ul></div>
