What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire team members to deliver excellent guest service.
• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient shifts.
• Train and support employees across all stations, equipping them for success.
• Uphold company standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with managers to keep operations aligned and on track.

What We’re Looking For

• Restaurant or retail leadership experience is a plus, but passion and drive are just as important.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• A hands-on, team-first approach—you’re not just supervising, you’re building people up.
• Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, always-moving airport environment.

Job Details

Our hours of operation are from 3:30am until the last flight (typically between 8pm-10pm, but subject to changes). Interested candidates should have open availability, and the ability to accommodate changes according to the needs of the business as it exists inside the airport space.

Shift Supervisor positions are starting at a rate of $22/hour.

Bilingual in Spanish and English is a huge plus, but not required!
