About the Role

As our Back Office & Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be both the organizational and relational glue that keeps our office running smoothly, and the creative energy that helps us share our mission with the community.

This role blends patient-facing care with digital marketing and community outreach. One part of your day may involve conducting neurological scans or helping a parent feel at ease, while another may involve crafting a social post, updating our website, or coordinating a workshop with Dr. C.

It’s dynamic, detail-oriented, and people-focused, perfect for someone who loves variety, thrives on connection, and has strong computer and CRM skills.

What You’ll Do:

Patient Care & Office Flow

• Welcome and guide patients with warmth, energy, and professionalism
• Conduct neurological scans (training provided) and document accurate notes on adjustments
• Support patient care by keeping doctors fully informed and prepared
• Coordinate office flow, resources, and communication to ensure smooth visits
• Engage with patients to help them stay motivated and connected to their care journey

Marketing & Outreach

• Manage campaigns through Go High Level (CRM experience a must)
• Create engaging reels, stories, and testimonials to share patient wins
• Coordinate Patient of the Month and Stories of Hope features
• Encourage and manage patient reviews to strengthen community trust
• Update website and manage SEO via Squarespace
• Organize local business outreach, community meetings, and lunch-and-learns with Dr. C

Schedule:

• Monday & Wednesday: 7:30am–12:45pm, 2–6pm (occasional later days)
• Tuesday: 9:00am–12pm, 12:30pm–6pm
• Thursday: 7:30am–12:45am, 2–6pm
• Office closed Fridays
