The RIGHT FIT for our TEAM

We’re looking for a Back Office Assistant who’s ready to step into a purpose-driven environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys details, computers, collaboratively working with a team, tasks and numbers! This role is mainly working with the team and is not patient facing.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing Patient accounts
• End of Day Reports
• EFT contracts and payments
• Emailing Monthly superbills and patient record Requests
• Entering Insurance Information and submitting claims
• Prepare and Entering Vital Signs
• Understanding Google sheets and formulas
• Scanning paperwork into Software system
• Ordering supplements and office supplies
• Updating Team Manuals and SOPs
• End of Month Reconciliation
• Weekly Deposit report

Qualifications

• Must have experience working with google sheets and formulas.
• Computer skills and ability to work with a team is required
