Back-Office Chiropractic Assistant

BILINGUAL (English/Spanish) REQUIRED | High-Volume Clinic

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Back Office Chiropractic Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and takes pride in delivering excellent patient care.

This role is ideal for someone who can stay organized, work efficiently, and support both patients and providers with professionalism and energy

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the chiropractor with patient care, including preparing treatment rooms and equipment, taking patient vitals, and performing therapeutic exercises
• Communicate with patients to ensure their comfort and satisfaction during treatments
• Provide support to the chiropractor in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment
• Attend training sessions and workshops to stay up-to-date on chiropractic techniques and procedures
• Assist with marketing and outreach activities to promote the clinic's services

Qualifications:

• MUST be bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Minimum of one year of experience as a Chiropractic Assistant, with a strong understanding of chiropractic procedures and techniques
• Experience in massage therapy is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• A positive and proactive attitude, with a strong work ethic and dedication to providing high-quality patient care

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
