Back Office Dental Assistant – Pediatric Dental Office

Our pediatric dental startup is growing fast, and we’re looking for someone who loves working with kids, is a great team player, and is ready to join a fun, fast-paced office in Burbank! We’re all about making dental visits enjoyable, efficient, and stress-free for kids and parents alike.

Position Summary:
We’re seeking a Back Office Assistant (DA or RDA) who is reliable, upbeat, and loves pediatric dentistry. Whether you’re helping with cleanings, assisting chairside, or giving kids high-fives after their appointment—you’re a key part of creating a positive dental experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with pediatric exams and cleanings
• Take x-rays and assist chairside during treatments
• Set up and sterilize instruments and rooms
• Help keep kids calm, happy, and entertained
• Stock rooms and maintain supply inventory
• Support the team with overflow patients and daily flow

What We’re Looking For:

• Active DA or RDA license in CA
• Experience in pediatrics is a plus (but we can train the right person)
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Team player who loves working with kids
• CPR certified
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a bonus
