Job Description: Back Office Executive – Fresher

Location: Mumbai

Experience: Fresher

Shift: Day shift (or mention if rotational)


About the Role

We are hiring enthusiastic freshers for back-office and manual operational work. The role involves data entry, documentation, processing tasks, and supporting daily business operations. Training will be provided.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry and update internal systems.
  • Handle documentation , filing, scanning & record maintenance.
  • Support various back-office processes and daily operational tasks.
  • Validate and verify information as per guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for task follow-ups.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to process compliance.
  • Complete assigned tasks within timelines.


Skills Required

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
  • Good typing speed and accuracy.
  • Ability to follow processes and instructions.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good communication (written & verbal).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Eligibility

  • Any graduate / 12th pass (as per company requirement).
  • Freshers welcome.
  • Comfortable working on a contract basis.
