Key Responsibilities
- Data & Record Management: Input, update, and maintain accurate data in databases; manage physical and digital files.
- Document Processing: Handle invoices, purchase orders, receipts, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Reporting: Prepare reports, summaries, and statements for management and other teams.
- Internal Coordination: Liaise with other departments (sales, operations) to ensure seamless workflow and information flow.
- Administrative Support: Perform general office tasks like scheduling, managing supplies, and assisting with policy implementation.
- Problem Solving: Address operational issues, identify discrepancies, and find solutions.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive company and customer information with discretion.
