Key Responsibilities

  • Data & Record Management: Input, update, and maintain accurate data in databases; manage physical and digital files.
  • Document Processing: Handle invoices, purchase orders, receipts, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports, summaries, and statements for management and other teams.
  • Internal Coordination: Liaise with other departments (sales, operations) to ensure seamless workflow and information flow.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general office tasks like scheduling, managing supplies, and assisting with policy implementation.
  • Problem Solving: Address operational issues, identify discrepancies, and find solutions.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive company and customer information with discretion.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹19,509.69 - ₹29,429.67 per month
