ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Perform accurate data entry and update internal databases and systems.
  • Handle document management – filing, scanning, and organizing records.
  • Support customer service and front office teams with backend operations.
  • Maintain and process company records, invoices, and reports.
  • Coordinate with various departments for smooth workflow and information sharing.
  • Handle emails, communication, and report generation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of company data.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
