We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Back Office Executive to strengthen our B2B sales operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in outbound calling, lead generation, CRM handling, and client follow-ups within the infrastructure or construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound calling to infrastructure, EPC, contractors & industrial clients, Lead generation and qualification, Scheduling meetings for the Business Development team, maintaining accurate data in CRM (Zoho/Salesforce or similar), Tracking sales pipeline, follow-ups & conversion status, Supporting quotations and tender coordination

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing / Commerce (MBA preferred), 2–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Teleselling / CRM (B2B preferred), Experience in Infrastructure / Construction / Industrial sector is an advantage, Proficient in MS Excel and CRM tools
