Roles & Responsibilities :
- Create, track, and manage all purchase orders from creation to closure.
- Act as the main point of contact for vendors, handling price comparisons, negotiations, order follow-ups, and tracking deliveries.
- Liaise with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and accounts, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolve any bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate records of POs, vendor communications, pricing, and delivery schedules. Ensure proper filing and documentation for all purchase-related activities.
- Prepare periodic reports and dashboards on PO status, delivery timelines, and other relevant metrics using tools like MS Excel.
- Perform general administrative duties such as scanning, printing, and managing documents.
