Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Create, track, and manage all purchase orders from creation to closure.
  • Act as the main point of contact for vendors, handling price comparisons, negotiations, order follow-ups, and tracking deliveries.
  • Liaise with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and accounts, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolve any bottlenecks.
  • Maintain accurate records of POs, vendor communications, pricing, and delivery schedules. Ensure proper filing and documentation for all purchase-related activities.
  • Prepare periodic reports and dashboards on PO status, delivery timelines, and other relevant metrics using tools like MS Excel.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as scanning, printing, and managing documents.
