Concierge Medical Assistant / Patient Liaison – Kapoor Medical (Studio City)

Kapoor Medical is a concierge, precision medicine practice specializing in longevity and brain health (MindStrong™ programs). We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant who can serve as both a strong clinical back-office MA and a polished patient-facing liaison.

Responsibilities include:
Patient intake (vitals, medication review), venipuncture and specimen prep, immunizations, EKGs, audiograms, urinalysis, and assisting providers. Additional duties include coordinating care, guiding patients through testing and follow-up plans, managing records and EMR documentation, onboarding new patients, tracking wellness exams and brain health program patients, and ensuring smooth clinic flow. You will play a key role in delivering a high-touch, concierge-level patient experience.

Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years Medical Assistant experience (required)
Strong phlebotomy skills (required)
EMR experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented
