Position: Back Office Rehab Technician
Status: Full-time / Part-time
Location: Desert Brain and Spine

About the Role

As a Back Office Rehab Tech, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our clinical team and creating an incredible experience for our patients. We’re looking for someone who brings positive energy, professionalism, and a natural talent for connecting with people.

What You’ll Do

• Administer patient testing according to clinic protocols
• Walk patients through prescribed rehab exercises with encouragement and clarity
• Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and ready for optimal patient care
• Support daily clinic flow, scheduling, and administrative tasks
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by offering empathy, motivation, and consistent support
