Back-Office Sales Executive / Tele-caller – Marketplace Leads (IndiaMART / TradeIndia / ExportersIndia)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Handle enquiries from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, ExportersIndia, and other online marketplaces.
  • Make outbound and follow-up inbound calls / emails / chats to potential and existing clients — understand their requirements, explain product features, pricing, and services; and persuade them toward a purchase / order.
  • Maintain accurate lead-tracking, customer database, follow-up logs, and update CRM/Excel records regularly.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline; Commerce / Business / Marketing preferred)
  • 0–3 years experience in tele-sales, inside sales, B2B marketplace sales or similar roles — freshers with good communication are also welcome.
  • Good command over spoken and written English and Hindi
  • Basic computer skills: MS Office (Excel, Word, Email), comfortable using CRM tools / managing databases.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
