Job Title: Back Office Support Executive

Location: Muscat, Oman

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Support Executive to assist with administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will support the sales and field teams, manage documentation, and ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative and back-office operations
  • Maintain and update customer records, databases, and reports
  • Support the sales team with documentation and coordination
  • Prepare reports, invoices, and other business documents
  • Manage emails, calls, and internal communications
  • Coordinate with field staff and track their activities
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of all records
  • Assist in data entry and report generation

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in back office or administrative roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of telecom operations is an advantage
  • Valid driving license (preferred)
  • Valid ID and eligibility to work in Oman
