Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Support Executive to assist with administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will support the sales and field teams, manage documentation, and ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative and back-office operations
- Maintain and update customer records, databases, and reports
- Support the sales team with documentation and coordination
- Prepare reports, invoices, and other business documents
- Manage emails, calls, and internal communications
- Coordinate with field staff and track their activities
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of all records
- Assist in data entry and report generation
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in back office or administrative roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of telecom operations is an advantage
- Valid driving license (preferred)
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in Oman
