Position Purpose :
The company is seeking motivated candidates with experience in spare parts, heavy equipment parts, cars, and automotive dealership sectors. This position is responsible for processing orders and maintaining accurate order tracking records.

Places parts emergency orders through MCF systems and follow up until orders are received and dispatched to customers and other departments;

Place back orders;

Enters received parts through computer parts system and then allocate to respective customers;

Uses the computer parts system to check on availability of parts in other branches;

Orders parts from other branches and use the most economical way to get it shipped;

Corresponds with suppliers on E-Mail or fax to enquire about orders and their progress;

Deals with shipping or forwarding agents regarding fast clearance of the parts shipment from Port;

Advises customers or counter about back order status.

Reviews and discusses the environmental aspects and related actual or potential environmental impacts associated with the work.

Contributes to the effectiveness of the Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety management system “QHSE”.
Performs any other related tasks as maybe required.
Educational Background

Diploma or high School Certificate.
Experience
-
Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in parts operation.

Must have knowledge of the parts ordering and operation process.
Skills, Knowledge & Ability

Familiar and knowledgeable in identifying parts.

Able to communicate effectively with peers, customers and shipping representatives.

Able to correspondence and write clearly and concisely.

Able to follow order and written instructions.

Proficient in MS applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
English & Arabic are required
