Backedn Operations Executive (eCommerce)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Backend Executive to join our team in Karachi. The role involves managing and processing customer orders, handling backend operational tasks, and maintaining accurate data records. The ideal candidate will have strong MS Excel skills, excellent numerical ability, and prior experience in data entry or similar roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders accurately in a timely manner
• Maintain and update order records and databases
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Prepare reports and summaries related to orders and transactions
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Commerce, or a related field)
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, data handling, reporting)
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Prior experience in order processing or data management in the eCommerce industry will be preferred

Job Location: Phase V, DHA, Karachi
Work Schedule: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM (PKT) | Mon to Fri + Alternate Sundays
