Backend Developer

We’re looking for talented Backend Engineers to join our client’s team. If you thrive in solving complex problems, building scalable systems, and collaborating with international teams, this role is for you.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of professional backend engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in one or more backend languages:
• Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI)
• JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js, Express, NestJS)
• PHP (Laravel, Symfony)
• Java (Spring Boot, Jakarta EE)
• Go, Ruby, C/C++ (for specialized systems)
• Hands-on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis)
• Solid understanding of API design (REST, GraphQL a plus)
• Familiarity with Git and agile development workflows

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
• Performance optimization and distributed systems knowledge

Your Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable backend services
• Develop APIs and integrate external systems
• Optimize databases for performance and reliability
• Debug, troubleshoot, and improve application performance
• Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and designers
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to architecture discussions
