Backend Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in developing, maintaining, and optimizing server-side applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in backend frameworks, database management, and API integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Integrate front-end elements with server-side logic.
• Work closely with front-end developers, designers, and project managers to deliver complete solutions.
• Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.
• Implement security and data protection measures.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in backend development.
• Proficiency in one or more backend languages/frameworks such as PHP (Laravel / Zend / CodeIgniter), Node.js, Python (Django / Flask), or Java (Spring Boot).
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other databases.
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
