Backend Developer

Job Title: Mid-Level Backend Developer

Location: Gulshan-e- Jamal (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Timings: Afternoon

Key Responsibilities
-Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services, APIs, and system architecture.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver clean, efficient solutions.
-Ensure high performance, scalability, and security in all backend components.
-Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in existing systems.
-Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
-Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and regular sprint planning.
-Integrate third-party services, databases, and internal tools as necessary.

Required Skills & Experience
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
-2–4 years of professional experience in backend development.
-Strong command over Node.js / Express
-Hands-on experience with REST APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and server-side logic.
-Understanding of version control (Git) and deployment workflows.
-Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.) is a plus.
-Ability to write clean, testable, and reusable code.
