Backend Developer

We are looking for a talented Mid-Level Backend Developer to join our growing engineering team. If you have strong backend expertise, hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, and enjoy building scalable applications, this role is for you!

NOTE : Please dont apply if you are freshly graduate or having less than 3 years of experience .

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust server-side applications using Node.js, Express, and MongoDB.
• Build secure and reliable RESTful Web APIs using Node.js.
• Perform database development, maintenance, optimization, and reporting using MySQL and MongoDB.
• Implement strong web security best practices, including OAuth for authentication and authorization.
• Use Git for version control and collaborate closely with project managers and senior developers.
• Work with project managers, senior developers, and business teams for task planning, sharing new ideas, demonstrating code, and resolving technical issues.
• Assist team members in maintaining architecture standards, ensuring functional accuracy, and following industry best practices.
• Document, record, and communicate the progress of assigned tasks to project teams and managers.
• Contribute to the development and scaling of large-scale applications, ensuring performance and long-term success.
• Work with and support Next.js for backend routes, server-side functions, and full-stack implementations when required.

Preferred Skills:

• Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of version control systems like Git.
• Good understanding of backend technologies and architectural patterns.
• Hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js (Frontend + Backend capabilities).
• Atleast 3-5 years of experience required .
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
